Business Skills Videos
Our scenario-based streaming video courses cover the most up-to-date business skills topics, such as career development, customer service, finance, and management. Each video is supplemented with audio, graphics, and scrolling text.
Courses include realistic scenarios, interactive quizzes, expert advice, links to reference material, and a full transcript of the audio portion of the course.* Although play time for the videos range in length from 2 to 25 minutes, completing related coursework (for example, exercises and quizzes), expands the learning time.
Topics are presented by some of the most prominent experts in their field, including Tom Peters (Leadership in Freaked Out Times), Dr. Marshall Goldsmith (Leading into the Future), Ken Blanchard (Creating Successful Teams), and Bob Rosner (Working Wounded: Getting Out of a Sales Slump).
* Note: The Instant Mentoring feature is not available for Business Skills Videos.
